GENERAL VIDEO PRODUCTION STEPS
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH US
Every video production project is going to be slightly different. Some are more complicated and require in-depth discussion with you to align your video with your branding and goals. Other videos are much simpler.
However, every video project follows the same general steps, as follows:

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We talk with you to learn about who you are, what you do, and why you do it. We keep our suggestions to ourselves at this point (and don't sell) because it is about us learning how we can best serve you with our video production services.

PROJECT ESTIMATE
Based on our conversations with you about your goals for your video, our team sits down to figure out the nuts and bolts. We price out crew, equipment, music, and everything in between - whatever your project needs. For larger projects, it may take more communication so we can dial in the most accurate budget.

PREPARATION PHASE
We have a discovery call with you to more deeply understand your brand and goals. We research, and seek to understand you the best we can. We then begin all the planning - script writing, finding crew, casting actors if necessary, and much more. This is a critical stage of the process and greatly influences the project's success.

PRODUCTION PHASE
During production, we execute the planning we put into place. We travel, capture the essence of your story thoroughly, and when we are finished, we bring it back to the studio so we can begin assembling your material into a powerful story.

EDITING & REVIEW PHASE
Our experienced editors begin crafting your story in the studio, using their creativity and attention to detail to massage it into an excellent video. During this stage, there is also a back-and-forth review with you to ensure we are meeting your expectations and to make desired changes as needed.

VIDEO DELIVERY
We can advise on the placement of use of your video in your content marketing or branding strategy. We delivery your video through a variety of methods depending on client preference and keep a backup of the completed video for a limited period of time in the event a client needs access to the file again.

CLIENT FEEDBACK
It is very important to us that we have a great working relationship with our clients and provide the most excellent service we can. That means we ask our client's a few post-project questions to see how your experience was, what went well, and what could use improvement, so we can improve and do even better work for our clients over time and better adjust to their needs.
